Ring Resizing

Many of our rings can be resized to fit you. When you choose a different size, your order is placed on hold and one of our jewelers reviews it before your card is charged.

• Sizing down is free.
• Sizing up is quoted. If your ring needs added gold to reach your size, we will email you the updated price. You can approve it or cancel; if you cancel, nothing is charged.
• Some resizes are not possible. If we find your ring cannot safely reach the size you asked for, we will cancel the order, let you know, and nothing is charged.
• Some rings cannot be resized at all. Those pages say so.
• Timing: we confirm your request within 2 business days. Resizing then adds up to 5 business days before your ring ships.
• Returns: resized rings follow our normal return policy.
