Ring Resizing

Many of our rings can be resized to fit you. When you choose a different size, your order is placed on hold and one of our jewelers reviews it before your card is charged.

• Sizing down is free.
• Sizing up is quoted. If your ring needs added gold to reach your size, we'll email you the updated price. You can approve it or cancel; if you cancel, nothing is charged.
• Some resizes aren't possible. If we find your ring can't safely reach the size you asked for, we'll cancel the order, let you know, and nothing is charged.
• Some rings can't be resized at all. Some ring pages say so, but not all of them do. After reviewing your request, our jewelers may find that a ring can't be resized even though its page doesn't say so. If that happens, we'll let you know and cancel the order, and nothing is charged. We reserve the right to decline any resize request.
• Timing: we confirm your request within 2 business days. Resizing then adds up to 5 business days before your ring ships.
• Returns: resized rings follow our normal return policy.
